Cattail Ranch
Cattail Ranch was established in 1889 by the Alex D. Kirkbride family by homesteading on the land of Horse Creek in Laramie County, Wyoming. The ranch is operated by the fourth generation descendants of its original founders.
The ranch operates on more than ten thousand acres of land grazed by three hundred head of purebred Hereford cattle. Angus crossbred calves are produced and sold each Autumn.
The brand of Cattail Ranch that has been in use for over one hundred years is the cream pitcher.
